Deliciously different! A combination of abalone and scallops sauteed in a light egg batter and crowned with sauteed almonds.

Herb marinated jumbo shrimp, grilled to perfection and served on a bed of rice pilaf.  Served with a side of honey barbeque sauce.

Pan roasted, served over wilted spinach with a orange balsamic reduction.

Gulf shrimp sauteed with garlic butter, capers, lemon, and a touch of white wine topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Center Cut, cooked to perfection. Topped with fresh avocado mango salsa.
