Mouth-watering sirloin, rolled and stuffed with Italian breading, fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.  Accented with a Bordelaise mushroom sauce.  A Sturniolo family recipe.

With Sauteed fresh mushrooms, topped with a Marsala wine sauce.

Chicken Marsala

Noni's Brasholi

Boneless chicken breast, sauteed with fresh mushrooms and chives.  Simmered in a light Marsala wine sauce.

Derby Delight

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Center cut tenderloin broiled to perfection.  Served with fresh grilled vegetables and parmesan broiled tomatoes.  Finished with a delicate Bearnaise sauce.

Prime beef, aged for tenderness, perfectly broiled to release its full flavor.

Double Cut Charbroiled Rack of Lamb, rubbed with fresh garlic, rosemary and black pepper. Served with a Cabernet Sauvignon reduction or apple mint jelly.

Bone-in Filet Mignon broiled to tenderly melt in your mouth. Topped with Gorgonzola Cheese and crowned with Shitake mushroom port wine reduction.

Full flavored cut of Prime beef, served with the bone-in. Available Cajun style.

Bone-in New York well marbled for peak flavor. Available Pepper crusted.

Filet Mignon Tournedo, Shrimp Scampi and Bacon Wrapped Scallops. A great balance of flavors.

Succulent and juicy 12oz or 16oz of roasted Prime Rib over Au Jus.

Center cut of Prime Top Sirloin. Topped with Gorgonzola cheese and a peppercorn port reduction

Lightly marinated tender cuts of Filet Mignon. Served on a bed of rice pilaf.

Sauteed tender medallions of beef placed on sauteed tomatoes and topped with fresh mushroom caps.  Crowned with our own Bearnaise sauce.

Prime Top Sirloin steak served "Chateaubriand-style".  Ribboned with our own Bernaise sauce and nestled over a bed of thinly sliced french fried onions and potatoes.

Tender pork tenderloin carved and served over shoestring sweet potatoes, drizzled with a bacon and Dijon balsamic reduction.
